The lovely Lisa Price dropped by last week with four new framed pieces for the gallery. Lisa's work s centred around using handmade watercolours crafted from foraged Earth minerals and working on offcut linen to reduce her environmental footprint. She delves into themes of climate change, mindfulness, and the significance of being present, with a focus on our relationship to the natural world. Through delicate brush strokes and textured compositions, she creates a quiet calmness that encourages reflection and invites viewers to reconnect with nature.
